The alarm can be set for either temperature or time, and is switchable between °C and °F.
Complete with adjustable back, magnet and AAA battery. The fitted 36 inch (91cm) stainless steel probe is heat resistant, and can be shut inside ovens or refrigerators for temperature monitoring.
