The 50001-K was designed for use on any flat surface. Swiveling bell sensor self-orients to the surface, giving superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens. Durable Phenolic handle. Cable protected by flexible armored sheath. A dab of oil is recommended to aid in heat transfer between sensor and flat surface. Available in Type J, K, and T.
